The Deer Mafia is a small apparel and merchandise brand, and many of our products are printed, produced, or fulfilled through trusted production partners. Because of this, some items may be made to order and may ship separately depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Because many items are made to order, production times may vary by product, supplier, season, order volume, and item availability. Most orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, but processing and production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production with one of our fulfillment partners, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, product type, production partner, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are not guaranteed.
The Deer Mafia is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may be fulfilled by different production partners. If your order includes multiple items, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
For example, a shirt, mug, hat, or sticker may ship separately depending on which production partner fulfills that item.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated or applied at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, fulfillment partner, and current store shipping settings.
The Deer Mafia may offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping promotions, or other shipping discounts at our discretion.
If a free shipping promotion is available, it will apply only to eligible orders and destinations as stated at checkout or in the promotion details.
Free Shipping
When available, free shipping applies only to qualifying orders that meet the minimum purchase amount before taxes, duties, or other fees.
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping promotions apply to eligible U.S. orders only.
International orders, including orders shipped to Canada, may not qualify for free shipping unless specifically stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
The Deer Mafia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Deer Mafia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
We will do our best to help review the situation, but replacement or refund eligibility may depend on the carrier, fulfillment partner, and specific order details.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us right away at:
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
If the issue is approved, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement, reprint, refund, store credit, or another approved solution, depending on the item and fulfillment partner.
International Shipping
The Deer Mafia may offer shipping outside the United States when available through our store and fulfillment partners.
For orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless expressly stated at checkout.
International shipping times may be longer due to customs processing and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
