Refund policy
We have a 30-day return request policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return or issue with your order.
Because many of our products are printed, produced, or fulfilled through our production partners, all returns must be approved before anything is shipped back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, the item you are contacting us about, and the reason for the return. If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue so we can review it with our fulfillment partner.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the item and fulfillment partner, the return address may be provided by The Deer Mafia or by the manufacturer/production partner.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer, production partner, or any return address without contacting us first. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement, refund, or other approved solution.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item.

If the problem is approved, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or other approved solution depending on the item and fulfillment partner.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are printed, produced, or fulfilled when ordered, some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Custom-printed or made-to-order products
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging when applicable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, or items returned without prior approval.
Exchanges
Because our products may be produced through different fulfillment partners, exchanges must be requested and approved before anything is sent back.
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is usually to place a new order after your return request has been reviewed and accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If The Deer Mafia ships merchandise into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This section only applies to orders shipped into the European Union.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
